Payments

Payment of retreat, in full or any part thereof, is deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance by you and your travel party of the terms and conditions of your booking. Payment is accept via BANK TRANSFER OR DEPOSIT (Australian Account holders only Credit Card via AUS ACU website booking page, or in-clinic directly. Any deposit paid will be accepted as part payment of the total cost of the booking. No booking is guaranteed until payment is received. Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle Australian Acupuncture Clinics Pty Ltd to cancel your booking whereupon any amount paid shall be forfeited. If for any reason a travel service provider is unable to provide the services which you have booked, your claim lies against that provider, and not against Australian Acupuncture Clinicts Pty Ltd. This includes but is not limited to air travel, or airport transfers, for example. In the event that payment has been made to Australian Acupuncture Clinics Pty Ltd by credit card, you agree that you will not endeavour to have your bank reverse payment for any reason.

Cancellations & Refunds

Retreats are strictly non-refundable once initial booking payment has been made. Cancellations due to emergency, health, or other, can be made via email, however no refunds will be issued nor is your place transferable without express permission of the retreat host, and this is at the discretion of the retreat host. Any cancellations must be notified by email and are not to be deemed delivered until a confirmation email is sent by Australian Acupuncture Clinics Pty Ltd. In the event of a cancellation, it is your sole responsibility to seek financial compensation through your own travel insurance. If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given. No refund will be given for a reduction of stay once checked in.

Passport

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and paperwork, which meet the requirements of immigration and other authorities into Indonesia. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities is your sole responsibility. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return. ENSURE VALIDITY OF PASSPORT and check for rips/tears/smudges on any page of your passport upon booking the retreat.

Health

You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please check with your local doctor or specialist vaccination clinic. Additionally any medicines or supplements required by you should be checked as legal and appropriate paperwork/prescriptions should be sought and carried with you at all times during your travel.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs And Trade for all overseas travel. Australian Acupunture Clinics Pty Ltd has made it compulsory for all retreat attendees to have Travel insurance. Travel Insurance details must be emailed to the retreat host no later than 30 days prior to your departure date for the retreat you are attending. Liability

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

Scope of Service

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all information displayed on our website and all advertising or promotional material is accurate; considerable information is accessed from our suppliers and we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information published on the site at any time. Information regarding the properties and services listed on our website is provided to us by the individual hotels or suppliers, including descriptions, facilities and visual images. Therefore we are not responsible for any variance in quality from the information supplied to us by the hotel or supplier. In case of any problems, our Customer Service will use reasonable efforts to assist you and act as a point of contact with the supplier.
