All information provided to Aus Acu will be kept secure and confidential. Medical records are shared between current Doctor’s of Aus Acu and only accessible during treatment with that client. Aus Acu abides by a strict code of conduct to ensure clients details are held in the most secure way possible.

Clients of Aus Acu undertake treatments willingly and must volunteer all information concerning their health to ensure treatments are effective and safe.

All new clients to Australian Acupuncture Clinics must undertake a full Initial Consultation (Aus Acu Consult) prior to any other treatments being undertaken.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, transfers or credit for any medical services provided my our practitioners and supplements sold in store. This includes all prepaid package (whether these packages are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.

Exchanges and Credits will only be offered for incorrectly bought and change of mind for products from our website.  We require the product to be returned unopened to: 2/12 Carrara St, Benowa QLD 4217 within 7 days from receiving shippment.

We aim to provide you with the best possible service at all times, however, due to no fault of our own there may be times on vary rare occasions where equipment maintenance is inevitable. In the event that this occurs, appointments may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled without much given notice.

Free Standard Delivery applied on orders with a total purchase price of $120 and over. Standard delivery fee of $9.95 applies to all orders with a total purchase price of under $120.

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

  1. 4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas
  2. 7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

Express Acupuncture treatments (Aus Acu express) can only be booked and accepted with prior agreement by a consulting Aus Acu Doctor. After every one calendar month period Aus Acu may request a full Acupuncture booking.

Aus Acu Doctor’s decisions will determine suitability of electroacupuncture, cupping and other therapeutic modalities offered and advise accordingly.

All clients must disclose knowledge of any infection, disease, condition or pregnancy or possibility of such at the earliest time of knowledge. This is required upon Initial Consultation (Aus Acu Consult) or at follow up treatments for existing clients.

Sales and Promotions

All offers extended may be withdrawn or altered at discretion of Australian Acupuncture Clinics

Treatment packages may not be shared. All packages must be used by one client.

If a discount or special is being used on a treatment package, limit of two packages per client at that price applies.

All payments are final.

Discounts only apply when booked and paid within that discount period. Once discount period has expired any future bookings return to regular pricing unless stated.

Australian Acupuncture Clinics reserves the right to alter or end any sale or special at any time without prior notification or advertisement.

Specials, sales and promotions applies to specified treatments only.

If pre-purchased specials, treatments or packs are deemed unsuitable for a client no credit will be given towards future treatments at any Aus Acu clinic location.

The following expiry times apply for all packages: 5 pack must be used within 2 months, 10 pack within 4 months and 20 pack within 6 months of purchase. Extensions must be approved by Aus Acu prior to expiry.

Sales, specials and promotions may be purchased as gifts for new or existing clients. No refunds given. Credit may be issued if treatments are unsuitable as deemed by Aus Acu.
