Your follow-up Acupuncture treatments are designed for maintenance and long-term healing. Just the same as you won’t change your body after one session at the gym, Acupuncture is designed to be done consistently, as a lifestyle inclusion for your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

Each follow-up Acupuncture treatment includes a consultation to access your progress and to help with any questions or reflections you have, followed by the Acupuncture treatment itself. We pride ourselves in delivering the utmost care, compassion, and delivering high-quality Acupuncture based on the latest evidence for maximum results.

Acupuncture is gentle, and you will be able to return to work or your usual activities directly following the treatment. Please ensure you are hydrated (water) prior to the session. It is your responsibility to let us know if you have any concerns prior to the treatment, or allergies/infections that may be important for us to be aware of.
